Cool overview of the build in this 2022 two door bronco using all Focal, JL Audio and the most advanced custom installation parts from MTI Acoustics..our manufacturing division.  This install included our new dash pods, two door rear pods and our big bass Ver2 enclosure.

This is one crazy marine build by our team here at Mobile Toys Inc.  It features a ton of design, engineering and fabrication from our stellar cast of talented builders.  Featuring a complete Wetsounds audio makeover including two Revo 15 XXX woofers in a custom designed MTI Acoustics enclosure that was cad designed and modeled then cnc cut from cabinet grade void-free birch 3/4" plywood.  the enclosure was resined and the rhino-lined.  A custom grill was fabricated in the hold from 1/4" aluminum that was  cad designed, water jet cut and lined.  To allow bass to escape the passenger hold while playing our team designed and milled two new custom grills mirroring the factory designs from 1/4" aluminum and plexi.  The Towers were replaced with 4 new Rev12 HD 12" compression horn drivers.  All Interior speakers were replaced with new 8" drivers as well.  For the source unit we replaced the factory with a new media center...the WS-MC20 coupled with a WS-420 eq and a Mosconi 8-12 aerospace this system control center is rear to get the 6 wet sounds amps moving.  For the subs our team used two Sinister SDX2500 mono blocks, and for all the drivers inside the boat we used 4 Sinister SDX 4 Channel amps.  To back up this bevy of crazy amplification our team install two new XS power batteries and created a new power center using an array of SMD power blocks.

Our craziest Ford Build to date! We started by 3D scanning the cab of the truck….and then moved on to designing all the new speaker location and panels in Fusion.  From there we 3D milled/3D printed every piece built for this truck.  This is a massive SQ build with more lights than Las Vegas! All Focal M Profile and Mosconi! The project lead on this build was @wreckless.96 and he was assisted by Brian Perez, Hunter Brewer, Phil Cantu, and Ray Rosales.  The system was designed and tuned by our leader 60x SQ world champion Chris Pate, and the whole deal was put together by our All Wold Salesman Mr. Jim Skaggs!

Our team here at MTI Acoustics and Mobile Toys inc. joined forces with Kicker Car Audio and Wolf Customs to create this amazing interior and audio system for the beautiful Ms. Justine Wolf.  The MTI team built custom door panels for the Ford F-series diesel integrating programmable led, a ton of 3d mill work and Kicker Marine drivers.  Under the seat the MTI acoustics team built a one-off custom enclosure housing four Kicker L7T 10" solobaric subwoofers.  For the front stage the MTI crew built custom A-pillars for the kicker K series 3" and tweeter.  and 4 kicker marine amplifiers are mounted behind the seat on our MTI Acoustics large Ford amp rack.

Killer Ferrari 488 our team built one amazing Focal M Profile and Mosconi Audio system in.  As well as performed one of our Signature Stealth radar/laser installations using Escort Products.

This Killer regular cab F-150 super snake was sent to us to get the audio sounding and looking as bad ass as this truck does!  Our team used all JL audio components for this build.  From the C7 front stage mounted on MTI Acoustics HDPE baffles with door block off plates and treated with a ton of Soundshield and black hole tile.  The C7 midrange and tweeter were mounted in a set of MTI Acoustics custom A pillar pods with pressed grills and carbon fiber trim.  The low end is handled by a pair of JL audio 12tw3 slim woofers powered and processed by a JL Audio VXI 800/8 and a JL RD 1000/1.  Our crew built one amazing behind the seat subwoofer enclosure and amp rack to house the heart of this amazing build.  Tuning was handled by our in-house experts Jeffrey Hald using a JL audio Max.
